Digital Product / Personal-Use License

License scope
For a valid paid or complimentary acquisition, WOP grants the identified purchaser/recipient a personal-use, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to the acquired digital educational product, subject to this license and applicable law. A complimentary recipient is subject to the same substantive restrictions as a paid purchaser. Copyright and other ownership rights remain with WOP or the applicable rights holder; purchase does not transfer ownership of the content.
Permitted personal use
You may read the document, save it on your own devices, keep a reasonable private backup and make printed copies for your own personal study. Normal browser save/print use is permitted. Keep backups private and inaccessible to other users. A legitimate recovery or re-download remains tied to the same purchaser/order and does not create a new ownership right, transferable license or right to distribute additional copies.
Restrictions
Without explicit written authorization, do not share copies with others, redistribute, resell, sublicense, republish, upload to public or private sharing repositories for others, repackage into derivative commercial products, or make other unauthorized commercial use. Do not present WOP content as your own. Do not remove, alter or obscure license/fingerprint identifiers to facilitate unauthorized sharing. Limited personal printing/storage is not redistribution. Restrictions apply subject to rights and exceptions preserved by applicable law.
Purchaser-specific identification
Paid and complimentary copies may contain the purchaser email, visible license identification, PDF metadata fingerprint and distributed forensic markers associated with the purchaser/order. WOP may use these identifiers and related license records to investigate unauthorized distribution. These measures support attribution; they are not unbreakable DRM and do not prevent ordinary personal printing/storage. Free guides are not personalized like paid PDFs, but their copyright remains protected.
Protected delivery and support
Protected paid and free download links are intended to be valid for 24 hours. Do not share a link or use another purchaser’s authorization. Contact Us for legitimate delivery/recovery issues, licensing questions or written commercial permission; do not send passwords or card information. Recovery depends on verifying the original entitlement and available source; permanent hosting or uninterrupted availability is not promised.
Violations and rights
WOP may investigate suspected violations and restrict affected delivery/access consistent with the Terms, Refund Policy and applicable law. This license does not claim automatic penalties or guaranteed identification of every distributor. Any enforcement action requires appropriate review. Trading education carries risk and provides no individualized advice or guarantee of profit.
