Website and educational use
WOP Trading provides educational website content and digital materials. Use the site lawfully and only in ways consistent with these Terms and the Product License. Do not misrepresent your identity or authority to use another purchaser’s records. Questions about purchases or these Terms go through Contact Us; use Verify WOP to identify intended official channels.
Trading risk and responsibility
Materials are for educational purposes only and are not individualized financial or investment advice, trade signals or instructions to copy live trades. Futures and other trading involve substantial risk, including losses; leveraged trading can result in losses greater than initial funds committed. No strategy, setup, example or past result guarantees future results. WOP does not promise that you will become profitable. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions, finances, account permissions and risk controls; seek qualified independent advice when appropriate.
Purchases and availability
The initial WOP - 101: Understanding Market Structure price is $29 USD before eligible discounts. Confirm the displayed checkout amount before payment. Stripe processes purchases; successful payment and protected server-side authorization precede paid delivery. Intended paid and free download-link validity is 24 hours. A link’s expiration does not grant a new ownership right or revoke an otherwise valid personal-use license; contact support about legitimate recovery. WOP does not promise uninterrupted uptime, permanent hosting or unlimited reissues. Upcoming products shown as coming soon are not currently offered for purchase.
Discounts and complimentary codes
A qualifying prior paid WOP purchase earns the designed 10% loyalty benefit after server-side verification; the current purchase cannot qualify itself. An enabled qualifying promotion can add 20%, subject to its stated code and dates. Normal stacking is additive and capped at exactly 30%; it can never exceed 30%. A complimentary code is a separate 100% fulfillment path, not a normal discount stack. Complimentary-only acquisition does not qualify as a prior paid purchase for loyalty. Codes are subject to product eligibility and single-redemption controls; do not guess, share or use codes without authorization. Offers apply only when enabled and eligible; these Terms do not activate disabled checkout, promotion or claim features.
Product license and refunds
A digital product is licensed for personal use under the Product License, not a transfer of copyright or resale rights. Paid or complimentary copies may contain purchaser-specific forensic identifiers. Ordinary personal storage and printing are permitted. Review the separate Refund Policy for duplicate purchases, delivery problems, incorrect charges and other requests. Marketing consent is optional and separate from the required legal acknowledgment.
Intellectual property and misuse
WOP content is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property rights. Ownership remains with WOP or the applicable rights holder. Do not redistribute, resell, republish, upload for others, strip purchaser/license identifiers to facilitate distribution, repackage into commercial products or use content commercially without written permission. Do not impersonate WOP, exploit download authorizations, disrupt services, evade security controls or attempt unauthorized access to customer/order data. These restrictions do not remove rights that applicable law preserves.
Abuse and third parties
WOP may refuse or suspend access affected by suspected fraud, abuse or unauthorized distribution and investigate relevant records. Restrictions should be proportionate and consistent with applicable rights and the Refund Policy. Third-party payment, email, hosting and social services are operated independently and have their own terms; linking does not promise their availability or endorse unrelated claims.
Responsibility and liability
WOP aims to provide useful education but cannot guarantee accuracy in every circumstance, suitability for a particular trader or financial outcomes. To the extent applicable law permits, WOP is not responsible for trading losses or indirect/consequential losses arising from reliance on educational material or interruptions. These Terms do not exclude liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No specific monetary cap, mandatory arbitration or governing-state clause is asserted.
Changes and contact
Updated Terms will show their version and effective date. Material changes require appropriate notice or acceptance where applicable; records of earlier versions and actual acceptance must not be overwritten. Contact WOP through Contact Us for questions, support or permission requests.
