Privacy Policy

Scope and contact
WOP Trading provides digital trading education, including WOP - 101: Understanding Market Structure. This policy describes the website, requested resource delivery and related customer records. Contact WOP through the Contact Us page for privacy questions or requests; Verify WOP lists the intended official channels.
Information we collect
We collect the email you provide for delivery or contact. A support message can include your name, email, topic and message. Customer records can include a stable customer ID, normalized email, product/SKU, order and payment references/status, purchase evidence, license and forensic fingerprint IDs, complimentary redemption records, fulfillment timestamps/history, subscriber state, consent choices and policy-version evidence. Keep support messages limited to information needed to resolve your request; do not send card details, passwords or account credentials.
Why we use it
We use these records to deliver requested materials, verify payment and entitlement, maintain purchaser-specific licenses, handle support and authorized recovery, establish qualifying prior-paid loyalty, keep consent/suppression evidence, and protect against fraud, impersonation, unauthorized distribution and abuse. Limited operational/security records support those tasks. Payment does not by itself prove legal-policy acceptance.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payment information. WOP does not store your card details in its customer/order records. Stripe can provide limited payment references, status and purchaser details needed for fulfillment. Resend supports email delivery; Vercel hosts the site/functions and private Blob storage. These providers process information needed for their services under their own terms/privacy policies. WOP uses private storage and authorization checks, but cannot promise that any service is completely secure or always available.
Transactional and promotional email
Purchase, free-resource, complimentary and recovery/reissue messages relate to requested fulfillment or support. Purchase or free-resource delivery does not automatically enroll you in promotional email. Promotional email about WOP products, updates and training requires a separate, optional opt-in. Leaving the box unchecked does not affect requested delivery. You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the provided unsubscribe option or contact WOP. Unsubscribing does not cancel requested transactional messages; delivery may be limited where an address is suppressed for provider/security reasons. Existing unsubscribe/suppression choices are not silently reversed by another purchase or guide request.
Individualized paid documents
Paid and complimentary licensed copies may contain your purchaser email, visible license identification, metadata fingerprints and distributed forensic markers tied to the purchaser/order. They support licensing and investigation of unauthorized distribution; they are not unbreakable DRM. Be aware that sharing a copy can disclose its purchaser-specific identifiers. Free guides are not personalized like paid PDFs.
Cookies and technical data
The website does not implement advertising pixels, third-party analytics tracking or a cookie-based customer login. For the free-resource funnel, we record landing-page views, accepted email submissions, successful email fulfillment issuance and successful authorized PDF responses using first-party analytics in the existing private datastore. A random identifier stored temporarily in browser session storage (up to 24 hours within that tab) can correlate these stages where available; if storage is unavailable, we do not infer a visitor identity. Email addresses are converted server-side into keyed pseudonymous identifiers for unique submission counts; analytics records do not contain raw emails or protected download links. We may record a referring hostname and allowlisted UTM source, medium, campaign and content labels supplied with the visit, excluding full referring URLs and arbitrary query strings. Known internal verification activity is classified and excluded from customer reporting while remaining auditable. PDF access indicates a successful server response, not proof that a person saved or read the guide. These analytics measure resource usage and delivery performance; they do not enroll anyone in marketing. Ordinary web requests and service providers may produce technical/security information needed to host and protect the service. Protected delivery links contain authorization tokens; avoid sharing them. Third-party checkout or social destinations have their own practices. WOP will update disclosures before introducing materially different tracking.
Retention and choices
Records are retained as needed for fulfillment, support, licensing, consent/suppression, security, transaction evidence and applicable obligations. No fixed retention period is promised; WOP will adopt a reviewed retention schedule. Contact WOP to request access, correction or deletion consideration. WOP may need to verify your relationship to the records and preserve necessary transaction, license, consent or legal evidence. There is no automatic public deletion tool. Unnecessary records should be removed through reviewed, secure procedures rather than blind deletion.
Sharing and policy updates
WOP does not sell customer email addresses as part of the described service. Information is used with the service providers described above and may be disclosed when reasonably needed to address abuse, protect rights or meet applicable legal obligations. This policy grants no blanket consent for new uses. Revised policies will identify their version and effective date; earlier transaction/acceptance evidence is preserved, and additional notice or consent will be obtained where needed.
